I was contracted to build several exhibits for the newly-opened Sea City museum in Southampton.
The museum takes a fresh look at the vibrant and important maritime history of the city,
including its role in the Titanic story and uses a multitude of interactive exhibits to deliver its narrative.
I was asked to build five exhibits, ranging in content and technical delivery, from a Morse Code tutorial (using an original Morse Tapper and touch-foil technology), via a keyboard/touchscreen driven kiosk that enabled a user to record their 'Southampton Story' to a dual-projection, multi-user interactive table that networks and synchronises all the users as they use their virtual 'stations' to interact with a dynamic, timeline-driven history of Southampton through the ages.
